All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by nathandeveer.com and we will be responsible for the secure storage of your personal information. We will collect details such as contact name and email address and this information is obtained automatically through forms annotated on nathandeveer.com. All other information such as payment details is not collected by our company and we are therefore not responsible for the security of such information. The information you provide is only available to nathandeveer.com and will not be shared with any other third parties within the Netherlands or Internationally. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Starathletes to delete or correct the information held about you.

2. INFORMATION AND HOW IT IS USED

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

In order to provide our online sales services and other related business activities, including the delivery of our individually tailored recipes, workout training plans and online support and community group chat feature, we will need to collect and process information about you.

When you use our website, whether for browsing, interactive group chats, to make an online purchase from our shop, you may be asked to fill in forms to create your own account. We will ask you to provide us with the following information:

  • your phone number
  • gender

If you decide to purchase one of our products or sign up for a free course, in order to tailor that plan to your individual needs we will ask you to provide us with:

  • your responses to a Tennis Questionnaire

To complete your online purchase you will also be asked to provide our third-party payment service provider with:

  • your billing address
  • your shipping address (if different)
  • your payment details (e.g. credit card details)

We may also obtain additional personal data, which could include special categories of personal data (i.e. personal data of a more sensitive nature), when you voluntarily supply information through our website, such as via our support and Live Chat feature or our Facebook community group.

By interacting with us on social media platforms by way of “liking”, “following”, commenting, or “sharing”, you understand that you are consenting for our interaction with you.
