I used to struggle with pressure in matches, distracting thoughts, was focused too much on the score that negatively impacted my tennis. Through his coaching, I’ve gained more control over my focus, emotions, feel less nervous, but most importantly, I feel better when I play. In a period of two months of working together, I moved up the national ranking from 228 to 64! The investment was definitely worth it as I will be using this knowledge for the rest of my life both on and off-court.
